大連大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院循環(huán)四科現(xiàn)有開(kāi)放床位40張，醫(yī)護(hù)人員22人，其中醫(yī)療組8人、護(hù)理組14人。醫(yī)療組主任醫(yī)師2人、副主任醫(yī)師3人、主治醫(yī)師3人，均為研究生以上學(xué)歷，其中博士學(xué)歷1人。
年收治各類(lèi)心血管疾病患者1800余人次，主要診療病種包括冠心病、高血壓病、心律失常、心衰、心肌心包疾病及瓣膜病等。科室以心血管介入診療術(shù)為主要發(fā)展方向，主要開(kāi)展冠心病冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療術(shù)。成功開(kāi)展無(wú)保護(hù)左主干病變、慢性閉塞病變、多支冠狀動(dòng)脈病變、分叉病變、支架內(nèi)再狹窄病變、橋血管病變等復(fù)雜高難病變冠脈介入治療。近兩年開(kāi)展的新技術(shù)有：血管內(nèi)超聲檢查術(shù)，冠狀狀動(dòng)脈斑塊旋磨術(shù)等。建立了規(guī)范的冠脈介入治療術(shù)后隨診制度及成熟的術(shù)后隨診流程，介入術(shù)后1年隨診率>95%。
建科以來(lái)全天候開(kāi)展急性心肌梗死急性冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療，在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)胸痛中心建設(shè)建立了規(guī)范的急性心肌梗死救治流程，急性心肌梗死患者救治時(shí)間及救治成功率達(dá)國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。
承擔(dān)大連大學(xué)本科生理論教學(xué)、實(shí)習(xí)帶教任務(wù)以及大連大學(xué)和大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)碩士研究生培訓(xùn)任任務(wù)。完成市衛(wèi)計(jì)委科研項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)，參與“十二五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，科室成員共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇，其中SCI期刊論文5篇、SCI期刊摘要4篇。

The Fourth department of Cardiology Introduction
The Fourth Department of Cardiology was founded in January, 2010. The department has 40 beds and 22 medical staff in total, including a medical team with 8 members, and a nursing team with 14 members. The medical team consists of one chief physician, two associate chief physicians, four attending physicians, and two residents, all with postgraduate degrees (including one with a doctoral degree).
The department receives and treats more than 1,800 patients with various cardiovascular diseases annually. Major diseases diagnosed and treated include coronary heart disease (CHD), hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardium and pericardium diseases, and valvular heart diseases. The department has focused on percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for CHD as its major direction, and performs PCI for complex and high-risk coronary lesion (such as unprotected left main coronary artery lesion, chronic coronary occlusion lesion, multi-vessel coronary lesion, bifurcation lesion, intracoronary stent restenosis lesion, etc) expertly. The department has implemented new medical techniques including intravascular ultrasound examination, coronary rotational atherectomy, etc. Besides, the department has established a postoperative follow-up system for PCI patients, and a mature procedure for postoperative follow-up. The average postoperative follow-up rate within a year after PCI is more than 95%.
Since its foundation, the department has put major efforts to the development and application of primary PCI of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Based on its efforts, Chest Pain Center has been founded in May 2017, which has been certified by Headquarter China Chest Pain Centers in June 2018. The formation of the Chest Pain Center has pushed the establishment of the standard treatment procedure for AMI, which largely shortens the treatment delay of AMI patients and improves the rescue survival rate.
In addition to its medical duties, the department is also responsible for theory teaching and clinical teaching of undergraduate medical students from the Dalian University, as well as postgraduate training for graduate students from the Dalian University and the Dalian Medical University. The department has completed 5 research projects of the Health and Family Planning Commission of Dalian Municipality, and has participated in 2 projects supported by the “12th Five-Year” National Key Technology R&D Program of China. Members of the department have published more than 20 peer-reviewed academic papers, including 5 journal papers and 4 journal abstracts indexed by SCI.
