【感悟】An Excellent Group

As a resident standardized training
student from other hospitial , I would be glad to come to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated
toDalian University, and be more honored to become a member of radiology
department, which is an excellent family. For two years of training career, I
were not only improved the professional skills, but also gained a group of enthusiastic
and friendly colleagues, that let me feel the warmth of home. Thanks to every
teacher and colleaguein radiology department, I have spent a happy and
fulfilling time in last two years.
Under the leadership of dean Wu,
director Yu and Zhang of the department of radiology, it has been developing and
growing a lot. The radiology department has become a competitive group both in
technical strength and teaching level. At work, we scrupulouslywrite each
report,check carefully for each patient’s examination, and strive to no
complaint all year.In learning, the general doctors and graduatesperseverely participate
in bilingual consultation every day, which creating a learning department,
expandingour diagnosis thinking, and consolidating the basic knowledge of
professional.In the aspect of teaching, teachers are serious and responsible, teaching
us tirelessly.In terms of life, colleagues respectmutually, cooperation, and harmony.Besides
we organizeallstaff to join the spring and autumn outing each year, which promoting
the communication within the department,enhancingthe cohesion of our group, and
creatinga lively and harmoniousdepartmentalenvironment.
Thanks to the excellent radiology group,
I got promotion in my professional skills,and harvested the warmth of the department
at the same time. I will engrave it on my mind, andpay my efforts to repay her
in the future.

——放射科
作為一名外院的規(guī)培生，我很高興能來到大連大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院參加住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)，更加榮幸能夠成為放射科這一優(yōu)秀家庭中的一員。在這兩年的培訓(xùn)生涯中，我不僅提升了專業(yè)技能水平，更加收獲了一群熱心和友善的朋友和同事，讓我感受到了家的溫馨。感謝放射科的每一位老師和同學(xué)，使我度過了這快樂而又充實的兩年。
放射科在伍院長、于主任、張主任的積極帶領(lǐng)下，不斷發(fā)展和壯大，已成為一個無論是技術(shù)實力還是教學(xué)水平都相當(dāng)具有競爭力的優(yōu)秀團(tuán)體。在工作上，我們嚴(yán)格書寫每一份報告，對每一位患者的檢查認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，爭取作到全年零投訴；在學(xué)習(xí)上，全科醫(yī)師及研究生堅持每天的雙語早會診，努力打造學(xué)習(xí)型科室，拓展年輕醫(yī)師的診斷思維、鞏固專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識。在教學(xué)方面，科里帶教老師都認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，孜孜不倦的教導(dǎo)我們；在生活方面，科里同事間互敬、互助，和諧相處，并且科里每年組織全體人員參加有特色的春游和秋游活動，增進(jìn)科室內(nèi)的溝通、增強科室凝聚力，營造團(tuán)結(jié)、活潑的科室人文環(huán)境。
感謝放射科這一優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)體，使我在提升專業(yè)技能的同時，更多的收獲到一份來自科室的溫暖，我會將這份溫情收藏于心，并在之后的日子努力回報她。
