【感悟】I love my home

July 23,2013 is
the first day for me to come to this lovely department. After seeing the warm,
friendly and approachable department leaders and colleagues, my uneasy mood
disappeared. Looking back four years of working history, I feel very fortunate
to join in this warm and harmonious Zhongshan radiology.
First entered in the unfamiliar
surroundings of the work, the director and teachers in each group patiently
explain the problems that would encounter in the work. Hands-on help not only
makes me familiar with my work in a short time but also warms my heart and
makes me feel less afraid. Daily routine morning consultation and every Wednesday
professional lectures do help to extend my diagnostic thinking, improve the
knowledge of the reserves. It is a good opportunity to gain self-improvement. These
steps win the department flame. Faced up to high-intensity work and staff
shortages, the department leaders and colleagues are consciously work overtime.
They never complain. We unite together to ensure the medical quality and
safety. In scientific research, I had the opportunity to join in the scientific
research team with vice president Wu. Under the rigorous scientific management
of Pro. Wu. I was provided with high-quality research platform and had the
opportunity to go out learning. My research has been significantly improved. In
addition to work and research, department leaders are also very concerned about
our amateur life. Mountain climbing, beach barbecue and cherry strawberry
picking have left a lot of laughter and good memories and enhance group
cohesion.
Home is a sheltered harbor, whenever we meet work and life
difficulties, the departments can always lend a helping hand. This kind of love
let me have a deep sense of dependence and belonging. Under the leadership of
science and love management, we are familiar with each other and get along well
with each other. Going forward together with our united strength we are fighting
a better future for the construction of the department and hospital. I love my
department and I do hope that all colleagues work together and create
brilliance under the leaders of Zhongshan radiology department in 2017!

2013年7月23日，這是我來這個可愛科室報道的第一天。在看到熱情、友好及平易近人的科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事后，我忐忑不安的心情瞬間消失。回想起四年的工作歷程，我感到十分幸運加入到這個溫暖和諧有愛的中山放射科。
剛?cè)肟频淖约涸谶@個不熟悉的環(huán)境里，在工作中，主任及各組老師在繁忙的工作中擠出時間給我耐心地講解工作中遇到的問題，手把手的幫助不僅讓我在短時間內(nèi)熟悉了工作，更溫暖著我的心，讓我感到不再那么害怕，感到的深切的依靠感；每天例行的早會診及每周三的業(yè)務(wù)講座不斷地開拓我的診斷思路，完善知識儲備，是自我提高的好機會，這一舉措讓科室獲得學(xué)習(xí)型科室的榮譽。在面對高強度的工作和人員短缺的情況下，科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事都自覺加班，從不抱怨，大家團結(jié)一心保證醫(yī)療質(zhì)量及安全。在科研上，我有幸加入伍院長的科研團隊，在他嚴謹科學(xué)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，及提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的科研平臺和外出學(xué)習(xí)，我的科研有了顯著的提高。除了工作和科研，科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還十分關(guān)心我們的業(yè)余生活，爬山、沙灘燒烤，櫻桃草莓采摘都留下了許多歡聲笑語和美好的回憶，提高凝聚力。
家是避風(fēng)的港灣，不管是在工作和生活上遇到困難，科室總能在第一時間伸出援助之手，這種愛讓我產(chǎn)生深深地依賴及歸屬感。在科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的科學(xué)有愛的管理下，大家彼此熟悉，工作上互相幫助扶持，和諧相處，使我們擰成一股繩，為科室更好的未來奮斗，為醫(yī)院的建設(shè)添磚加瓦。我愛我的科室，愿2017年在科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng)下，全科同仁齊心協(xié)力，共創(chuàng)輝煌。
